Hello, guys hope you all are doing well and welcome back to glittersallthat.com, here I am with a new review and its a charcoal based facewash. Charcoal based skincare products have made such a boom in the market so who don’t want to give them a try. I received this facewash few months back in the fab bag. So here I am to review it today. Let’s get started.

Claims on the product –

Healthvit Activated Charcoal Facewash targets deep-down impurities to defend against daily buildup- like dirt, oil, and makeup for a truly deep clean. It naturally purifies and deep cleans. Draws out and traps 2x more dirt and impurities than a basic face wash. Provides deeply cleaned tingly-smooth skin.

Ingredients –

Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate, Cocamide DEA, CAPB, EDTA, Cocamide MEA, Polyquaternium-7, Sodium Benzoate, BHT, Alovera Gel, Demineral Water, Sodium Chloride, Bronopol(Bromerol), Fragrance, Activated Charcoal.

My Experience of Using It –

The face wash comes in a black color opaque tube having a screw-up cap on it. The face wash has a runny texture so you need to be careful as there is an issue of an excess spell off. The fragrance is somewhat like mint. When applied it doesn’t create a lather. You just need a small amount of face wash to wash your face. It removes the dirt and excess oil in first wash only. It is very effective and makes the skin look clean and fresh. The only thing I didn’t like the packaging. As per the quantity, I think its a budgeted product.

Now let’s see the Pros and Cons of the Face Wash –

Pros

• Removes the dirt
• Makes the skin look clean and clear
• Has a nice and mild fragrance
• Budgeted facewash

Cons

• I didn’t like the packaging
• It contains SLS

Rating –

I would rate it 3.5/5 as it removes the dirt and cleanses the face removing the dirt and excess oil.

Final verdict

I would not rebuy it as it contains many chemicals so I avoid using chemical based face wash.
