Before starting with the review let me give you a brief intro about the Bath Salts and how they are beneficial. Bath Salt is made from Magnesium Sulphate(Epsom Salt) or sea salt and can be easily dissolved in water. It is used to exfoliate, to get rid of muscle pain or stiffness, helps in getting rid of dry and itchy skin. When dissolved in a warm water bathtub it gives a very relaxing and soothing effect.

Now let’s get started with the review.

Claims on the Product –

Bath Salts carry many benefits beyond looking beautiful and smelling great – the benefits of bath salts are far-reaching, and after using bath salt you’ll feel the difference in your skin, your mood and more. Bath Salts, when used in their natural, pure form, contains many beneficial minerals and nutrients that keep your skin smooth, soft and supple. Some of the minerals found in bath salt include Magnesium, potassium, calcium, bromide and of course sodium. These minerals are easily absorbed into our pores and are known to cleanse and purify our skin on a molecular level, improving your skin’s radiance, tone, and texture.

Ingredients –

Peppermint Oil, Almond Oil, Olive Oil, Epsom Salt, Baking Soda.

Product Details and My Experience of Using It –

Purple Essentionaturals Bath Salt comes in a plastic jar with a screw cap on it. It is a transparent plastic jar and has all the product info on it. I received this bath salt in one of the beauty subscription boxes. I don’t think it has a travel-friendly packaging because when I received it there was some oil leaking out of it. Now coming to my experience of using, I generally use this in summer and rainy season. I add one teaspoon of salt in warm water and soak my feet in it. It exfoliates the feet very nicely and cleanses it. The fragrance is pure of peppermint oil and is very strong but is very soothing and relaxing. I think due to contact with air the salt became very hard and oil cannot be seen but when I received it the oil can be seen very clearly.

Now let’s see the Pros and Cons of this bath salt

Pros –

• It is very soothing and relaxing and helps to get rid of soreness or pain
• Very strong peppermint fragrance
• Help is exfoliation
• Works best when dissolved in warm water
• Budgeted bath salt

Cons

• Doesn’t have travel-friendly packaging

Rating –

I would rate it 4/5 as I liked it and it works very well.

Final Verdict –

This is my first bath salt and I liked it as it helps in getting rid of tiredness and makes you feel relaxed, I will definitely like to rebuy it and would suggest you give it a try.
