Hello friends welcome to Glitters all that, I am back with a new review and its about Vedantika Herbals Lemon Grass Face wash. I received a travel size face wash in my January Fab Bag. You can view the January Fab Bag review here In my January Fab Bag 2018 – Review.

As,I have told you I will be reviewing all the products one by one in detail in the coming posts so here I am with my first product review. Let’s see what are my views for this face wash.

Claims on the Product –

Vedantika Herbals Lemon Grass Face Wash is very gentle on your skin. The active ingredient of the face-wash is lemon grass. Herbal extracts like Palm Rosa oil, Aloe Vera gel, along with purified water, rose-water, honey and glycerin, are used in right proportions in this face wash, which effectively cleanses and nourishes your skin. These ingredients are known to have antimicrobial, anti-fungal and antiseptic therapeutic properties, which help in giving a clear and bright skin. The lemon grass used here gently cleanses the face, without drying the skin. Palm Rosa and Aloe Vera soothe and heal the skin and deeply moisturizes the skin from within. The face wash restores the moisture of the skin and replenishes essential nutrients adding softness and brightness to your face.

Ingredients –

Cymbopogon citrates 2% , Cymbopogon martini 0.5 % , Aloe Barbadensis 2% , Purified Water and Gel base Q.S.

Product Details –

Vedantika Herbals Lemon Grass Face Wash comes in a plastic transparent bottle with a flip top cap on it. It is a lemon color face wash having a gel based consistency. The cap is really tight which makes it travel friendly and easy to carry. Small quantity of face-wash is enough. One thing I liked about it is it does not make face dry so its ideal for winter. It is good for dry and normal skin people but for oily skin I don’t think it will help a lot. After washing my face I didn’t feel any change or I must say any freshness. Fragrance is like a lemon candy which is not so overpowering but is good. Since , I received this face wash in fab bag but I would suggest if you are planning to buy it then go for 100 Ml for Rs 199 /- ,it would be a better deal.

Now lets see Pros and Cons of the Face-wash –

Pros –

• Ideal for dry and normal skin
• Contains all herbal ingredients
• Travel friendly packaging
• Fragrance is good

Cons –

• Not felt any freshness on face after using
• I felt, it is quite costly as Rs.150 for 50 Ml and is not that effective

Rating –

I would rate 2.5/5, as I didn’t find it suitable in any sense.

Final Verdict –

I would give it a thumps down for buying and I would not buy it again and neither going to suggest you for buying as it is not effective and I felt the only claim which came true is does not dry the skin nothing else.
